Web3 Communications · Market Intelligence · Community

Okikiola Bosun-Kwadjo

I turn dense crypto market and product information into communication people act on. Weekly market intelligence on Korea, KOL campaign messaging across English and Korean-speaking audiences, and community programs that grew two projects by thousands of members.

Flagship Work

Korea Signal

A weekly intelligence briefing on the Korean crypto market that I research, write, and produce end to end: regulatory shifts, exchange activity, institutional moves, and what they mean for teams operating in or entering Korea.

Sample issue: week of July 7, 2026

Research · Writing · Editorial production · Data curation

One full issue, exactly as delivered: five analysis sections covering the kimchi premium turning positive, simultaneous institutional transitions across all three major Korean exchanges, the FSC's tokenized securities framework, a 258% jump in delistings, and the Naver-Dunamu governance window.

Case Studies

Community growth, built on communication

Two projects, two different problems: one needed a bigger audience than Web3 could supply, the other needed its community to understand what it was building.

MetaverseMagna: opening a Web3 gaming guild to Web2 gamers

Community Manager · 2022–2023

3,000 → 8,000 members

  • Rebuilt the recruiting approach: instead of competing for the same pool of Web3-native gamers, we recruited Web2 gamers and onboarded them into Web3 gaming through Axie Infinity, Pegaxy, and Genopets.
  • Strengthened the guild's gaming culture so new members joined for the games first, the earning second. That ordering is what made the growth stick.
  • Led community-side support for the development of Hyper, MetaverseMagna's mini-games hub where players competed for cash prizes: gathered player feedback, shaped announcements, and ran the communication loop between users and the product team.

Silent Protocol: filling the communication void

Community Manager / Moderator · 2022–2023

19,000 → 42,000 members

  • Became the bridge between a research-heavy founding team and crypto Twitter, translating a technically dense privacy protocol into education the community could absorb and repeat.
  • Rebuilt the Discord: proper moderation standards and processes, bot infrastructure, reorganized roles and channel architecture.
  • Launched daily and weekly challenges that became the engine of engagement and growth, and managed prize distribution for winners.
  • Broke the language barrier by recruiting and onboarding language moderators, opening the community to non-English-speaking members.
